The EQ series ultrasonic extractor is designed to complement extraction equipment and utilizes ultrasonic technology. It is comprised of an ultrasonic generator, transducer, and horn, with the core components being an intelligent automatic frequency tracking ultrasonic generator, a high Q value and high-power transducer, and a titanium alloy tool head. This ultrasonic extractor excels in tasks such as extraction, homogenization, stirring, and emulsification. Additionally, it boasts features like automatic frequency tracking, adjustable power and amplitude, as well as abnormal protection. Communication is facilitated by RS485, allowing for easy modification and monitoring of various parameters through the HMI.

      Ultrasonic extraction uses the strong cavitation effect produced by ultrasonic radiation pressure. The transducer uses the horn to generate high-strength shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head, forming high-frequency alternating water pressure. It uses cavity expansion, The explosion shatters the cells. In addition, ultrasonic waves are used to produce violent disturbances when propagating in liquids, causing particles to undergo great acceleration, thereby colliding with each other or with the wall to achieve the effects of crushing, emulsification and separation.
